While we’re putting together some audio treats from my adventure at the Hollywood Fringe, here are some visual tidbits–photos from the first couple of days of the first annual festival.
- The Freak would like you to come to a show.
- Fringe Central housed the box office, a performance space, and a patio bar. It played host to the nightly Fringe Jam, and by now the sangria is legendary.
- I was greeted by an old friend at Fringe Central on the first day of the festival.
- One of the Hollywood Fringe’s “Fringe Freak” mascots. These guys were part & parcel of the art direction that made the Fringe’s publicity materials stand out so beautifully.
- Performers giving a taste on the visibility stage on Hollywood Boulevard.
- Flyer tables at Fringe Central–”We need to find another table!” said Fringe staff.
- Producing Director Ben Hill and Development Director Kanchan Mattoo at the Fringe Central box office.
- The stage at Theatre of NOTE, pre-show.
